Shipping Policy
national delivery certified shipping by mail takes 3 to 5 business days.
The delivery of the shipment by registered mail in Europe takes 5 to 7 business days.
International registered mail shipping takes between 5 and 15 business days.
Registered shipping includes a tracking number available until the order leaves Spain. After this time depends on the policy of each destination country.
Return policy
We offer refunds or exchanges only within 14 days after receiving the products. Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are non-refundable since shipping of this must be paid again by customers.
To make the exchange or return, you must first contact us by email explaining your reasons. Refunds will be issued with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card or PayPal)
Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your personal banking.
